What Data We Collect

• For all bookings: Guest name, email, phone number, Government issued ID, selfie, and payment details via Charge Automation (these are not stored by us).
• Optional: Full name and email address if you opt-in to our newsletter.

How We Use Your Data

• To manage your booking, process payments, and comply with check-in requirements.
• To contact you about your stay, including urgent safety matters. To send marketing emails only if you have opted in.
• To share limited information with third parties (OTAs, payment processors, emergency services) strictly as needed.

Data Storage & Security

• We do not store government ID or card details; these are handled securely by Charge Automation or the relevant OTA/payment provider.
• Email correspondence and WhatsApp messages are retained on the device/email provider.
• Security camera (Ring) footage is stored on the cloud temporarily.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• Shared only with OTAs, payment providers, or emergency services as necessary.

Your Rights

• You can request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of your personal info, or opt out of marketing at any time.
