Full Refund

Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in receive a full refund.

Special Case for Last-Minute Bookings

If you book less than 14 days before check-in: Full refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 10 days before check-in.

50% Refund

Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Non-Arrival
If you don't arrive for your booking, this is treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Early Departure
Leaving early or reducing your stay may be treated as a cancellation with applicable charges. For mid-term stays, 28 days notice is required to leave early.

Add-On Services
Additional services (early check-in, late checkout, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.

Booking Changes
Bookings cannot be transferred to different dates. Any date changes are subject to availability and may incur charges.

Changing Your Booking
We're flexible with date or length changes when possible. All change requests must be made in writing directly to us and are subject to availability.

Extending Your Stay
Contact us as early as possible to extend. Extensions are subject to availability and rates may change. We'll charge your original payment card or send an invoice for the extended period.

If We Cancel

If we must cancel your booking, we'll attempt to find a suitable alternative at the same price. If this isn't possible or acceptable, you'll receive a full refund as final settlement.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (war, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.).
