We're Davide and Leyla, and we started LD Stays because we've lived it. When we relocated to Ibiza in 2018, we were navigating everything that comes with starting fresh in a new country - paperwork, residency, finding our footing.

Accommodation should have been the easy part, but instead we spent months bouncing between short-term lets, never quite settled. It added stress when we needed stability.

Our hospitality backgrounds, Davide as a chef & Leyla as a massage therapist, taught us that people perform best with a stable base. The little details matter. When you're managing a demanding job or building a new life, your home base shouldn't be another thing to worry about.

That's what LD Stays is built on: professionally managed serviced accommodation for contractors, and relocators who need to hit the ground running.
And for property owners, the confidence that your home is being looked after the way you'd look after it yourself.

We use a secure platform, Charge Automation, for online check-in and deposit handling. A £300 security deposit is pre-authorised — not charged — and automatically released 3 days after departure, unless our team reports damages or excessive cleaning.

This helps us maintain high standards for you and future guests.

The apartment building is older with lift access to the top floor.
There is no concierge.
